Revenue management is a relationship business. Here's who you'll actually be working with.
Most outsourced revenue management companies assign your hotel to a junior analyst who's managing 15 other properties. You get a dashboard, a monthly call, and a lot of hope. That's not how CRP works.
Every hotel in our portfolio is managed by a senior strategist with deep hospitality experience. The people on this page are the people you'll work with — directly, consistently, and with full accountability for results.
We show up like we're on your payroll. We know your property, your comp set, your ownership's expectations, and your team's bandwidth. When we join your calls, we don't need a briefing — we're already in the trenches with you.
Founder & President
CRME, Past President HSMAI ColoradoRachel Moreno founded Clearwater Revenue Partners with a clear mission: give independent and branded hotels access to the same caliber of revenue strategy that major chains keep in-house — without the bureaucracy, the bloated overhead, or the one-size-fits-all approach.
With over 25 years of hospitality experience spanning operations, sales, and revenue management, Rachel has managed pricing and distribution strategy for properties ranging from boutique independents to full-service branded hotels. She holds the CRME (Certified Revenue Management Executive) designation and served as Past President of HSMAI Colorado.
Rachel's philosophy is simple: revenue management is not a spreadsheet exercise — it's a strategic discipline that demands market intuition, operational awareness, and the willingness to make tough calls. She leads every client engagement with that mindset, treating each hotel as if it were her own.
VP Revenue Management Operations
CRMEDana Kessler brings over 15 years of hands-on revenue management experience to CRP, with a track record of driving measurable performance improvements across independent and branded hotel portfolios.
As VP of Revenue Management Operations, Dana oversees the day-to-day execution of pricing strategy, inventory controls, and distribution management for CRP clients. She is deeply analytical, operationally disciplined, and relentlessly focused on the metrics that matter — RevPAR, ADR, market share index, and total revenue contribution.
Dana holds the CRME designation and is known for her ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy that hotel teams can actually execute. She doesn't just build reports — she builds revenue plans that connect directly to bottom-line results.
Rachel and Dana lead a broader team of revenue analysts, distribution specialists, and technology consultants who support CRP engagements behind the scenes. But you'll always have a senior strategist as your primary point of contact — no handoffs, no revolving door.
Every decision we make starts with one question: what's best for the hotel? Not what's easiest, not what's fastest — what actually moves performance. We advocate for your property like it's our own.
We explain our strategy in language your whole team can understand — from the front desk to the boardroom. If we can't explain it simply, we haven't thought it through clearly enough.
We don't observe from a distance. We're in your PMS, on your calls, watching your pace, and adjusting strategy in real time. When something changes in your market, we're already on it.
The first conversation is free, candid, and has no pitch deck attached. Tell us about your property and we'll tell you exactly how we can help.
